Panchkarma

Panchkarma is a traditional Ayurvedic detoxification therapy that purifies the body by eliminating accumulated toxins. It consists of five main procedures: Vamana (therapeutic vomiting), Virechana (purgation), Basti (medicated enema), Nasya (nasal cleansing), and Raktamokshana (bloodletting). These treatments help restore the body's natural balance, improving digestion, immunity, and mental clarity. Panchkarma is beneficial for chronic diseases, stress management, and rejuvenation. It is typically customized based on an individual's body constitution (dosha) and is conducted under expert supervision. This holistic therapy not only detoxifies but also promotes healing, making it an essential part of Ayurveda’s preventive and curative healthcare approach.
